he Waterboro Land Trust is a member supported, non-profit organization, which seeks to identify, preserve, protect and manage lands for public benefit and future generations. 
 







The Waterboro Land Trust is currently working with the Waterboro Board of Selectmen to acquire the following parcels of town owned lands.
 

032-045 & 045A – Johnson’s Park Rd. (Ham’s Cove)  MAP
These 2 adjacent parcels are waterfront property with great value from both a recreation and preservation standpoint.

038-029 - Ossipee Pines  MAP
Currently being maintained by Waterboro Parks and Recreation, this is a beautiful piece of property that should be preserved and maintained for the aesthetic and recreational value to the residents of the community.

007-37A – Old Alfred Road behind Friendship Park  MAP
This parcel is located behind Friendship Park and although wet, leads into some wonderful walking and snowmobile trails.

001-010 – Off Main Street  MAP
In the 1940’s school students planted trees after the fire on this parcel and holds historic value.

001-35B – Federal Street  MAP
This 22-acre parcel is located off Federal Street with good road frontage and is a wonderful parcel for a recreational area for a park and ballfield particularly with its proximity to the down town area.

10-09 & 12 – Ossipee Mountain  MAP
Both pieces of property are mountain parcels that provide excellent location for recreational use and preservation.
