Other Waterboro Land Trust Holdings
The Waterboro Land Trust currently owns several parcels of land that were donated to the trust by the Town of Waterboro following a referendum vote where residents overwhelmingly voted 4 to 1 for the town to donate lands to the trust. Since the lands were transferred to the WLT, the trust has been working on several projects to make these lots useable for residents to enjoy. Robert Fay Memorial Park, The Federal Street Dog Park and the Ossipee Mountain Hiking Trail are all projects the trust has completed in the past 2 years. Plans for Ham's Cove, Main Street and Old Alfred Road are still in the preliminary stages as the trust focuses on larger projects for the time being.
